Welcome to the KC Meal Coordination Portal Service Provider Registration Page.
Here's the process for registering:
STEP 1: Register your organization with the Meal Portal

Define your basic organization information and the name / email of an appointed administrator.

Whoever you identify as your administrator will get a welcome email and a request to set a password.

NOTE: The administrator will also get an email invitation to participate in the Meal Portal Discussion Forum.
STEP 2: Wait to be notified of your organization's approval.

Your administrator will receive email notification when it has been approved.

Why this extra approval step? Because we can't always trust the Internet. In order for a meal provider to be included, we must make sure you are registering a legitimate service just to make sure someone isn't promoting a separate business or have desires to misuse this site.
STEP 3: Add more services (if necessary)

Once approved, your organization is LIVE! & have been added to the meal provider listing!

The administrator can now log into the Meal Portal, find your organization in the list of Meal Providers on the Meal Providers page and update all the information as needed - including adding more services that could not be added during registration

By registering my organization as a KC Meal Provider for the unhoused, I agree to continually manage and update the information in a timely fashion to make sure the unhoused and the public at large will see the very latest information about where and when meal services are provided.
